Privacy Policy

• Account details. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares with us.
• Sign-in sessions. A session cookie, and the IP address and browser (user agent) each session was started from, to keep you signed in and protect your account.
• Audio you upload or record. Songs and recordings you add, with their original file names, and the covers, genre changes and voice models made from them.
• Activity. The jobs you run and their settings, the models you train or share, and your credit history.
• Takedown reports. The name, email address and details you give us when you file a report.
• Usage analytics. Pages visited, referrers, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through analytics tools (see below).

• To run the features you use: make covers and genre changes, train models, and keep track of credits.
• To sign you in, including emailing you sign-in codes.
• To review takedown reports and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To prevent abuse, such as people creating accounts to collect extra free credits.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better.

We keep the original audio a voice model was trained on, so we can rebuild your model when better training becomes available. We don’t use your uploads to train any model other than the ones you ask for.

Your uploads, results and models are private to your account by default. A voice model you choose to share with everyone is visible to other users, who can make covers with it. Your email address is never shown to other users.

We use these providers to run Weights AI; each only gets what it needs for its part:

• Cloudflare: hosting, file storage and sending sign-in emails.
• Our database host: stores account, job and credit records.
• Replicate and Kie.ai: run the AI models, so the audio for a job is sent to them to process.
• Google: sign-in with Google, if you choose it, and Google Analytics.
• Pageview: privacy-friendly site analytics.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people’s rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits; you can block them with your browser settings or an extension without affecting the rest of the site.

We keep your account information, uploads, results and models while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete them, except records we must keep for legal reasons or to prevent abuse. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. We keep takedown reports so we can show how we handled them.

You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything in it, by emailing support@weightsai.net from the address on your account. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights, such as objecting to some processing or complaining to your data protection authority. We’ll respond within 30 days.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, signed and expiring download links, and access limited to your own account. No service is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you think your account has been compromised.

Weights AI isn’t for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we’ll delete it.

Our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from yours. We rely on their standard safeguards for these transfers.

We’ll update the date above when this policy changes, and tell you on the site or by email about significant changes.
