Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.

You sign in with your email address or a Google account. Keep access to them secure: you’re responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account; don’t create accounts to collect extra free credits.

Covers, genre changes and voice training cost credits. Signed-in users get free credits each day, which top your balance up to a daily amount and don’t accumulate beyond it. We refund the credits for a job that fails. Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and we may change how many credits things cost or how many free credits we give.

You keep the rights you have in the songs, recordings and other audio you upload (“your content”). You give us a license to store, process and transform your content as needed to run the features you use, for example to separate vocals, make a cover or train a model, and to show what you choose to share.

You promise that you have the rights to upload your content and to use it this way. Only upload songs you’re allowed to use, and only train a voice that is your own or that you have permission to use.

Models you train are private unless you choose to share them with everyone. If you share one, you let other users make covers with it on Weights AI, and you let us show it on the site.

Many voices on Weights AI are shared by users or imported from public community collections. They are unofficial fan models, not made or endorsed by the people or characters they sound like, or by the owners of those characters.

You may use the audio you create, subject to the rights of others: the original song’s copyright and the rights of the person whose voice a model imitates still apply, and these terms don’t grant you any of them. Making something with Weights AI doesn’t make it safe to publish or sell; that’s your responsibility.

Don’t use Weights AI to:

• Pass audio off as a real person actually speaking or singing, to deceive anyone: impersonation, fraud, scams, fake endorsements or misinformation.
• Make sexual content using a real person’s voice, or any content that sexualizes minors.
• Harass, threaten, defame or bully anyone, or promote hate or violence.
• Train or share a model of someone’s voice without their permission.
• Infringe copyright or other rights, or break the law.
• Overload, scrape, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the service, or access other users’ accounts or files.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

If a voice model or other content here uses your voice, likeness or copyrighted work without permission, request a takedown. We review every report within 24 hours. We remove content when the claim holds and close accounts that repeatedly share reported voices.

Weights AI uses AI models whose results vary and are sometimes wrong or odd. We provide the service “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change, limit or stop any part of it, and we may delete files and jobs after a period of time, so keep your own copies of anything you want to keep.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim relating to Weights AI is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.

You agree to cover our losses and costs from claims by others that arise from your content or from your breaking these terms.

You can stop using Weights AI at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@weightsai.net. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if we need to for legal reasons. Sections 4, 6, 10 and 12 continue after your account ends.

We may update these terms. When we make significant changes we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you on the site or by email; continuing to use Weights AI after that means you accept the new terms. If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Weights AI.
